MAGGIE STORCK, Catering Food Truck Manager

Passions for food and travel combined to encourage Maggie to pursue a career in hospitality. In addition to graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Hotel & Lodging Management she’s worked in operations at Porter Square Hotel in Cambridge, Massachusetts and OHM’s Weekapaug Inn property. A native New Englander, she's excited to be managing the day-to-day operations of Off the Menu all over the region, from bringing the truck to lively food and music festivals to planning unforgettable private catering events.

Chef James Morgan Hall, Food TRuck chef

Born into a family that loves food, Chef James has always been in the kitchen. A job as a dishwasher in high school sparked a love for restaurant kitchen culture and set him on the course to graduate from Johnson & Wales University and work in the kitchens of OHM properties Ocean House and Weekapaug Inn. Years of living in Providence, Rhode Island, exposed him to the city’s vibrant food truck scene and the dream of running his own food truck kitchen took hold. He’s now thrilled to be sharing his exceptional cooking all around New England through Off the Menu.
